Basic 364 Day Calendar Rules Explained
There is ONLY one method to calibrate the 364 Day Calendar.

That method has to produce a 364 Day Calendar Year EVERY YEAR and account for the 365th Day of the sun which is is "great sign on the earth" per Jubilees 2:9

Yes, this same method accounts for the 366th leap day during leap years.

Every published 364 calendar I have seen, the publishers don't understand the difference between a 364 Day Calendar Year and a 365 Day Solar Cycle. They aren't the same.

They fail to understand the need to account for the 365th Day of the Solar cycle and their calendars experience slippage and their year ends too early before the Spring Equinox. They loose a day every year and two days every leap year.
False / Incorrect 364 Day Calendars (Growing List)
Considering there is only one correct calibration method to get a 364 Day calendar year every year and also every year account for the 365th Day of the Sun (also the 366th Day of the Sun on leap years). The calibration method I use is verified by the Zadok Priest Lunar markers of the Dead Sea Scroll. This means all other calendar calibrations are wrong / incorrect.

Publishing false dates is something that shouldn't be taken lightly as they are doing the same thing the lunar calendars are doing which is disturbing the order "and make an abominable (day) the day of testimony, and an unclean day a feast day, and they will confound all the days, the holy with the unclean, and the unclean day with the holy; for they will go wrong as to the months and sabbaths and feasts and jubilees." - Jubilees 6:37
Leeland Jones: I have confronted Leeland in Jerusalem and he has been warned for falsely using scripture to try to justify his false calendar. Leeland has published an incorrect calendar for many years. His calibration method produced day slippage and at the end of his 2018-2019 calendar his calendar ended 8+ days before the Spring Equinox.
